Gelderland Table

Sophisti developed ‘Gelderland on the Map’ for Gelders Erfgoed. 10 tables in Doetinchem, Arnhem, Apeldoorn, ‘s-Heerenbergh, Zevenaar, Tiel, Elburg, Culemborg, Nijmegen and Zutphen  have a rotating 46″ multi-touch display to give access to over 1500 location based images, videos, panoramas and texts. With the time-slider you can view historical maps and all locations have different themes. Sophisti also acted as consultant for the whole project including 3D reconstruction games, Heritage Quiz game and developed  a Switchboard.

Tables were manufactured by DIZ Informatiezuilen and the data coupling is provided by AB-C Media.
